It is all about embracing the culinary culture of SE Asia!

This #MeeGoreng is Chinese Style (I think) and it's my family favourite.

Basically, you can just pull out whatever there is in your fridge to make this dish.

Here's how to cook it.

Ingredients

1. Noodles (1 pack)

2. Bean sprout or Cabbage cut into strips (optional)

3. Fishcake

4. Frozen Vegetables or frozen peas

4. Eggs (2 beaten)

5. Onions (1 large red onions)

Seasonings

Fish Sauce (add taste to eggs)

West Coast Sambal Chilli (2 to 3 spoon)

Water (1/4 cup)

Sugar (1 spoon)

Methods

1. heat oil and sauteed the onions

2. Add vegetables and fish cake - stir fry (Note: alternative ingredients like prawns can also be used)

3. Remove ingredients from pan

4. Fry the eggs and add a few dash of fish sauce

5. Return ingredients to pan

6. Add the yellow noodles

7. Add Ketchup and West Coast Sambal Chilli

8. Add water.

9. Stir fry everything together until the noodles are well seasoned and covered by ketchup and Sambal Chilli

10. add 1 to 2 spoon of sugar to the noodles and toss well.

Confession: ok i realised that I did not have cabbage and bean sprout just when I am cooking
