Add lime to sambal and turn it into a seafood dip. Or add chinese rice vinegar to it and use it as a dip for lor-bak (braised pork) or braised duck.
You can also use it for cooking.

You'll enjoy the fragrance of dried shrimps when you eat it as a relish with plain rice. Alternatively, spread it to buttered bread and create a sambal sandwich.
This also goes well with instant noodles (dry)

Jin Happy （金虾米）

This delish is similar to the traditional Haebi Hiam but we added salted egg yolk instead of chilli. Mixed it into your plain rice and you don't need other dishes.
You can make salted egg yolk fried rice with Jin Happy.
Or add it to fried beehoon, fried noodles, fried rice, clay pot rice etc. You can even add it as a topping to pizza and salad!
