Savoury Dips for Toufu indulgence

Pan fried toufu square

I love toufu!

In this recipe, I used the firm version. Popularly known in Singapore as Tau Kua. Which translate into dehydrated toufu?

Anyway, this is a really easy #smallmeal dish to prepare. Yup, that's my dinner.

First, cut up the firm #Toufu (aka #Taukua) into squares. Just like in the picture.


Preparation

Then drop a teaspoon of oil in a nonstick pan.

Heat the pan up.

Then arrange the toufu square into the fying pan.

Allow the toufu to fry till golden brown.

Slice cucumber as sides. (optional)


Dipping Sauce (mix together to form a dip before use)

2 Table spoon of sweet soy sauce.

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

1 Table spoon of #westcoastchilli

dash of roasted sesame seed (optional)


Serving

squeeze a lime over the toufu square.

Dip toufu into the dipping sauce
