Claypot Rice delight

#claypot #rice can be considered one of my favourite dish. To the foreigners, this will definitely qualify as an #uglyfood. The rice is cooked to perfection in an earthen pot and topped with chicken, Chinese sausages, salted fish and some vegetable. #soysauce is added to this dish and it makes everything black.
One of my favourite claypot rice stall is in #goldenmile #hawker #centre. The reasonable price and the satisfactory aroma of rice cooked to perfection in an earthen pot is a must for me. The smell of a lightly burnt rice mixed with the #unami of #westcoastchilli is simply out of this world.
Time to reveal the name of my favourite store. #Yewchuan #claypot rice. It is located on the 2nd storey of Golden Mile hawker centre.
