Our West Coast Chilli is also a good compliment to Hor Fun.
Just add some to the gravy and experience the change in flavour. Mix the sambal into the gravy and you get to enjoy a new flavour.
What I usually do is to add West Coast Chilli into the Hor Fun when I am half way through my meal.
That way, I get 2 different flavour Hor Fun.
If you do not like spicy stuff, our mild version of West Coast Chilli will do the trick.
