Great with Bee Hoon

Fried Bee Hoon or rice vermicelli

One of my favourite is fried #beehoon or #Rice #vermicelli . West Coast chilli is a great for this wonderful dish. Be it home cooked or from a hawker, add some #westcoastchilli to it and mix well for a delightful spice up.

What I usually do is to eat a portion without the west coast chilli, then eat the remaining portion with the chilli mixed in.

In this manner, it's like tasting two different version of the same dish!

Tips: Sometime you might buy fried beehoon that taste bland. Try mixing some west coast chilli into the beehoon. It may help save the dish. But of course West coast Chilli is not a magic potion, some cooks are really sooo bad.....
